Process Change Notification (PCN) Coordinator (1 Year Contract)
Singapore Location / Place of Work :

Responsibilities:
- The central point of contact for all PCN sample/data requests (internal and external).
- Work with PCN Sample/Data Requestors to ensure complete correct request information is getting into the PCN Sample/Data Repository.
- Monitor and help resolve bottlenecks and constraints on production of samples, or gathering of additional support data, with escalation to the right level as needed.
- Work with Data Provider to fulfill all PCN Data requests.
- Work with PCN Sample Warehouse personnel to ensure correct PCN Samples Inventory management and shipment accuracy.
- Work with Product Lines to get approval to place PCN PeopleSoft Orders.
- Place approved PCN Sample Orders into PeopleSoft.
- Work with the PCN administration to post the PCN supporting data package as required into systems defined. Develop and maintain the communication process with the CQEs and PL and Sales on how to obtain, use, and distribute the package per requests.
- Provide company-wide PCN Sample/Data status information using reports.
- Responsible to highlight and communicate on PCN activity at a defined frequency to ensure movement and escalation as needed.
- Work with CQEs to ensure prompt PCN approvals.
- Work with SCM/CQE and QS to continuously improve the PCN Sample/Data/Approval business processes and supporting systems.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Material Science or other applicable disciplines.
- General understanding of computers and software applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word and MSProject.
- Ability to interact with and influence multiple individuals in a global work environment.
- Ability to interact with external customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understanding of quality systems is desired.
- Work hour flexibility is desired. The successful candidate will need to communicate with employees in other geographical regions. This will require occasional conference calls during early morning or evening hours.
