Responsibilities:
* HR function (maintain employee records, prepare monthly payroll, maintain employee leave records, employee compensation & benefits)
* Accounts support (Invoicing, tracking payment)
* General office administration
* Project support (administrative support to project team in preparing training and product documentation)
* PA to CEO
Requirements:
* Motivated with a positive attitude and a team player.
* Cheerful disposition, excellent communication and people skills.
* Accurate and meticulous.
* Ability to multi-task.
* Expert in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) applications.
* Singapore PR or Citizens
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support, HR and Secretarial/Executive.
* Part-time position.
