COMPLIANCE CUM IT OFFICER

Responsibilities:
Compliance
- Work with the CEO to maintain policies and procedures supporting a culture of integrity, compliance and excellence;
- Promote awareness and responsibility through training and regular communication;
- Assist department heads in conducting risk assessments to identify regulatory, operational and reputational risk across the firm’s activities;
- Manage regulatory matters effectively, including relationships and correspondence with regulators; regulatory examinations; implementation of new regulations; authorisation and licensing of the firm’s legal entities and employees; and regulatory filings.
Information Technology
- In conjunction with our outsourced IT consultants, to assist to maintain in-house computer system
- Conduct first level troubleshooting for PC hardware and software
Requirements:
- Must have a good degree
- At least 2 years of audit, compliance and legal experience, preferably in the financial or consulting industry
- Must have strong communication skills
- Strong interest in IT
